Peer Support services are designed and provided by persons who have or had challenges in mental health and are able to support their peers and discover ways to manage their feelings and strengthen their vocational, educational, and social circumstances. Beyond the 15 groups/classes/workshops we offer each week at each site, we have monthly educational presentations from outside sources.

Here is a sampling of what we offer our membership and other eligible participants who are 18 years of age and older and have a mental illness:

  • WRAP by certified trainers and other recovery discussion groups
  • Greater community volunteering education
  • Personal empowerment discussions
  • Gender specific trauma discussion groups
  • Community healing meetings addressing conflict resolution, loss, success, and trauma
  • Financial management workshop
  • Wellness and relaxation classes
  • Member-prepared community meals and nutrition/weight discussion groups
