Stepping Stone and Next Step supports are available 44 hours per week. We offer a non-judgmental, respectful atmosphere where you are safe to share with peers who have lived experience with mental illness. We're here to practice new behaviors to get us moving toward what we want in life. We offer educational groups as well as community meetings and meals.
We're a phone call away every evening.

We're here when you need extra support and want to stay out of the hospital. Trained peers are available 24 hours per day while you use the respite program.
